Goodbye, farewell to you my friends, goodbye for now until we meet again. Its been great to play and sing together, IN THE BOX, but now its time to...

I won't admit I am sad, that this is my last blog.

This class had made me completely change my perception on writing. Everyother teacher, just lectures, and discusses all these topics that mean nothing to me, because i don't understand a fucking word that is coming out of their mouth. But you professor, IM SORRY!!!, Tasha :) went beyond that piece of shit textbook.

Every single paper i wrote helped my writing. I read in between the lines, i can catch someone completely bullshitting me. i can WRITE. I think everything you taught us had its purpose. To the inclass group activities, the wonderful discussions, and to these blogs, these blogs that have our voices heard, even if it is to a couple of people, it still makes a differences. You've made me think, analyze in ways that i never thought of.

My favorite activity would have to be this last paper we wrote. The process you make for us is so amazing. Researching a cause, finding out everything about it from top to bottom. Then we get the oppurtunity to make a difference. You give us assignments that catch our interest, very few teachers do that.

Thank you for everything, i hope to be able to take you for another class in the future!

Gay Marriage

SOOOOOOOOO controversial MY GOD

ok.
my .02 knowledge (lol)

let who ever wants to marry who ever GET MARRIED
why does the fucking judge with a a vacuum up his ass sucking our money have to have a say on who gets to marry who.
does he care if i'm smoking a freaking joint in my room right now(i'm not for legal purposes).
why why why why why
BECAUSE OF STUPID LAWS
oral sex is illegal in the state of florida, yup. do your research.
so should police officers go arresting every person kissing their significant other.
or even a mother kissing her son goodbye to a GREAT EDUCATION?
NOOOOOO, but if two guys or girls are walking down the street holding hands, EVERYONES NECK breaks and the judging continues.

we live in an extremely stereotypical, judgemental, egnocentric, country. that has one view of things and doesn't bother to see anything else.

point is.
let people fuck who ever they wanna fuck. marry who ever they wanna marry, worship whomever, smoke whatever and be whoever they wanna fucking be!

what to doo

Both Presidential Candidates have pretty decent "tracks" they will try to make "happen" if they are elected. Obama's ofcourse are super amazing, super cheap, super low interest rate and sound just super amazing. But my question to him is WHERE are you going to come up with all the money that you are going to be saving. TAX THE RICH, sure our education system is probably one of the worst in the entire world, but his escape goat to all our debt from what I have seen, heard, and read and taxing the rich.
I don't want to sound stuck up, but my family is wealthy, my dad started with nothing and has built his own empire and I beleive it is not fair that he should be penalized for it. At the same time, there are others that need help, but there has to be an alternative, what is it? I don't know, and thats why I am NOT running for president.
McCain's views on Education are practical and don't give off the gonna leave you broke vibe. Obama wants to make alot of changes to our country, but I think its going to make alot of changes in numbers in many peoples check books.

Oh president.

Promises, promises promises. I think these presidents are ALL talk. They all give us the same speech, on how they're going to improve every single aspect of our lives, and make it seem, the if they're sitting on their throne calling the shots for us, that we are going to be living in this beautiful, peaceful, problem, DEBT free environment. But i think its complete nonsense.

For decades presidents have been promising the same thing, and nothing has been done about it. They talk about all these actions they are going to take and problem come close to completing 2 percent of whatever they promise.

I honestly, after watching this, don't have the urge to vote. Sure i want my voice to be heard, I want to make a difference. But at the same time, once those votes are tallied up, I can't bitch, I can't complain, I can't criticize, because I didn't do anything to try and stop it. It's a hard decision, voting for someone based on all these promises to make my life amazing and problem free. What if we have another Bush, can we possibly be more hated.

These presidential elections are like the freaking VMA's. The candidates are like celebrities. At the same time, they're like little fucking kids bashing each other, except like us over gossip or computer, they're doing it over national television, and adding, which is my personal favorite, their little approval message at the end of each one.

" I hate Obama", " I'm John McCain and I approve this message" HAHA

It scary to think that this decision we are all going to make is either going to break us or make us. The economy to me is my main concern. Everything is going down the drain, and if these oh so ever brilliant plans don't work, what is my future going to be? My siblings future. Will America be worthless to the world. Well we loose our credibility, will living here be like graduating with a Doctors degree in grilling burgers. We have a bad rep as it is, can it get any worse?

Blog 4

After seeing the 9/11 video, I am ashamed to live in such a shitty ass country man! It honestly seems like September 11 was freaking planned. The whole fucking world warned, but alcoholic, coke addicted Mr. George bush, had his panties on to tight and was distracted to freaking notice.

They used us like an obstacle course, they came in did their planning, set everything up and got us right where it hurt. I find it extremely hard to believe that after we find 19 hijackers, planes flying into building, blackboxes from the airplane, and whatever else evidence there maybe, that we cant find a connection to anything. We've been at war for years and for what? NOTHING has been solved, except our Captains dream of shoving us all into debt that is pouring out of our pores.

George Bush sucks. He's a horrible president, he doesnt know how to present himself, he doesnt remember his speeches, hes an all around jackass. The only thing hes good at is acting like an idiot and being completely clueless to what is happening around us.
He was forewarned about terrorist attack from almost every country on this planet, and what does the fucker do? HE GOES ON A FUCKING MONTH VACATION, with all the money we payed for, basically payed for a dust funeral for the thousands of people lost in that horrible day.

I found that religion video to be absolutely boring. It was like i was in class, feeling like i had to memorize all that horoscope bullshit and the way the earth revolves and all that crap. If you want to appeal to the mind of a young adult, my advice is to make it creatize, or like this 9/11 video, make it a strong impact on our mind.

Sagging Pants

I think how you dress depends in what society you live in.
If you live in a high class society, expect to see polos, khakis, brands, etc etc.
But if you live in an urban area, expect to see underwear.

I completely agree with sagging pants to be against the law. how can you expect someone to take you seriously if your exposing your underwear to them. How can you go expect to get a job, none the less look presentable, by letting everyone know what color underwear you decided to wear today.

I believe the government has all the power to enforce this in schools. They give us free education. Is it that big of a deal to wear uniform. I rather look like the military, than to stare at the girl with the white see through pants, with red g string popping out. And then out of no where class ended and i'm completely fucked for the test next class. If we all look the same, theres no distractions. Sure theres the " i need to be an individual" bullshit, but hey once its 2:30 go be whoever the fuck you want to be. You're in school to learn, not to be yourself.

If parents complained about their children dressing like skanks and gangsters, aka delinqueints and sluts, why should they be complaining when the school board is trying to make their children look presentable. If you don't want your child to look presentable and just tuck in your shirt, then your are a COMPLETE idiot!

The Media

The media these days has a major effect on all on coming generations. From what we see on Television, to even Cartoons. These days child cartoons have strong messages that are making the youth act like irresponsible adults. My own 5 year old sisters, sees woman on television wearing extremely short dresses, and now she is wearing a simple T-shirt as a dress. What is the world coming too. Cartoons are starting to show intimacy, and then we wonder why some elementary students and even middle school students are already sexually active.
Also, music has a great impact on society. Just because you listen to the ghettoest music doesn't mean you have to walk around with your pants hanging down your behind with gold teeth. I believe everyone is an individual and there music shouldn't make them.

Blog #3

What is happening in Haiti and Nicaragua is extremely sad and devastating. Looking at those pictures encouraged me to help. But why isn't anyone "important" doing anything. Why isn't our country there, we try to be the big shots and still don't do anything. If it takes years for us to restore our own land from hurricane damage, we will probably be able to offer aid to foreign lands by the time my children reach puberty.
When I went to the Dominican Republic, the first thing that was said to me when I walked out the airport was: " Can I was your shoes?", by a little boy, at first I was shocked, by the pictures of my hotel, I expected the DR to be a very luxurious place. When I went for a tour of the island I became amazed of how different my hotel was to the native homes.
I am going to make a difference. I signed up with FIU to be apart of Alternative Break, which basically is, instead of going to Cancun for spring break, I'll be helping people who need my help anywhere in the world.

Religion and Politics

I think there are many reason why you don't speak about politics with your family.

Its either
You were brainwashed growing up, and have basically have the mine set to what ever was spoken in your house and are completely stubborn and don't think for yourself

or

You are open minded, and most of the time, the youth tends to rebel towards what your elders have to say, so if its your family, its obviously going to be controversial.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but some people dont seem to understand that opinions are that alone, just opinions, thoughts, words, NOT facts. Some people are offended by opinions, which causes arguments. Everyone should think for themselves rather than just believing what your parents, friends, spouse believes. That the best thing one has, their own train of thought, your own voice, own opinion. Its a sad thing to waste.

I personally think opinions are formed by personal experiences. until something happens to you, you really can't say what you would do. for example, if my girlfriend were to get pregnant, more than likely i would recommend she have an abortion, just because hey, im 18, i can barely keep my room clean, do you honestly think im ready to be a father? NO. sure its not morally right to play god.

Speaking of abortion, if a girl gets pregnant, i think the mans opinion counts to the slightest extent, because dude you fucked up, BUT its her body not yours. I believe the girl should have the most power in making a decision in either keeping or loosing a baby.

To conclude,
my opinion on opinions?

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

Blog #1

This is my first time every doing a blog, and to be honest it is quite weird. I am an open person and do express myself freely, but have the ability to express your feelings with a wide range of people over the internet is rather creepy. Especially when its worth a grade for a class. At the same time its rather intimidating to be expressing yourself, when in the back of your head you think of what to say and what not to say; because people are going to read it, and everyone is scared of being judged for their thoughts and opinions. From my perspective, I never hide anything. I always express myself freely and never hold back on my thoughts or opinions. I am a very outspoken person. I rarely care what people have to say about me, but it still does make a slight effect, but this blogging experience will be beneficial in the aspect of letting it all out and holding nothing in.
